1. Warranty period
 

AudioGOM Stock: All Used/ Second-hand items are sold with a minimum of 12 month warranty; New and X-demo items are either sold with a 1 year warranty or the remaining manufacturers warranty (which ever is the greater).

Third Party Items: All approved items are sold with our own 12 month warranty. (Or remaining manufacturers warranty where applicable and transferable)

2. Limitations
AudioGOM does not warrant the following:

​-Periodic check-ups, maintenance and repair or replacement parts due to normal wear and tear.
Warranty service is excluded if damage or defects have been caused by:
-Improper use, handling or operation of the Product as referred to in the users' or operators' manuals and/or relevant user documents, including without limitation, incorrect storage, dropping, excessive shocks, corrosion, dirt, water or sand damages;
-Repairs, modifications or cleaning carried out at a service center not authorized
- Connecting the product to equipment not approved for connection
-Accidents or disasters,including but not limited to lightning, water, fire
